Intellectual Property Law

 

Intellectual Property Law serves the purpose of protecting intellectual creations such as marks, product designations, designs, musical and literal works, works of applied arts, inventions and concepts. Intellectual Property Law particularly comprises Trademark Law, Design Law, Copyright Law as well as Patent Law and Utility Model Law. Intellectual Property Law is characterized by its complexity and international dimension.

IPJ advises clients across all industry sectors in all fields of Intellectual Property Law and assists in developing and optimizing successfull IP strategies, filing, managing and licensing of intellectual property rights as well as out-of-court and judicial enforcement of IP rights. IPJ is acting as representative before national Patent and Trademark Offices, the Office for Harmonisation in the Internal Market (OHIM), the European Court of Justice, the European General Court, the World Intellectual Property Organization and national courts.
